InCHM is a CHM project and electronic book construction tool. It is quite easy to use, even for novices, and on top of the constructor it includes a decompilation tool with integrated previewer, an editor and diverse links to external tools.

InCHM is a completely free program for non-commercial use, and is ideal to create program manuals or instruction books. Among its virtues you can automatically create contents tables and indexes, there is absolute personalization of CHM preferences, intergrated editor and viewer, elimination of unused files to reduce the final size of the CHM, and much more.
